Return via an external carrier

If you send the return via an external carrier, the shipping costs are at your own expense, unless otherwise agreed.

Return via our driver or showroom

You can also give the goods to our driver for return or return them via our showroom. No additional costs apply.

Important to know

Items that are no longer part of our range or that were specially ordered for you cannot be returned.

Refund

Once we have received and processed the return shipment, we will issue a credit note. The amount will then be refunded to the bank account number known to us.
