Ordering
Choose the situation that applies to you below.
Don't have an account yet?
- Easily create an account via the account icon at the top right of the website.
- Then select Request an account.
- Complete the form in full. A Chamber of Commerce registration number is required.
- You will receive confirmation of your registration within one working day. You can then log in immediately.
Already have an account?
- Log in via the account icon using your email address and password.
- Click Log in to access your personal account.
- From there, you can start shopping immediately.
- Then select My account to view your orders, favourites and details.
Delivery
We work with both our own drivers and external carriers.
For shipments via external carriers, we aim to deliver orders within 2 working days when ordered before 15:00 on working days.
Our own drivers deliver according to a fixed route. Would you like to know whether your order will be delivered by one of our own drivers or via an external carrier? Please feel free to contact our telephone sales team on 0182-555050.
